Forum Update: 9-21-12

Today on Hetaliaa, a short but meaningful update was applied - the [Only admins are allowed to see this image] issue has been fixed! Now, all images on the forums can be seen by guests, members, and administrators. In our next update, I plan to have all the Hetalia Characters have signatures. It will take a long time, but it will be worth it! (Fortunately, the next update will not require any maintenance.)
I have also added another roleplay rule that states you cannot post threads in the countries. I haven't been able to restrict thread posting, because that restricts actual posting and you wouldn't be able to post in the RP. So please do not take advantage of this factor.
